I have performed nearly every job at a scaling startup, owning revenue organizations (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and key internal functions (Finance, HR). I develop the playbook, then hire leaders to run and scale these functions.
I specialize in creating and executing go-to-market strategies for innovative products in ambiguous, new-to-the-world markets. I have built GTM organizations from the ground up, secured foundational multi-million dollar contracts, and developed channel partnerships.
I bridge the gap between highly technical teams and market needs to de-risk and launch emerging technologies. I partner closely with scientists, engineers, and customers to define product roadmaps, manage feature development, and lead successful go-to-market launches.
I guide deep-tech companies through the entire fundraising lifecycle, from developing pitch materials and financial models to leading investor meetings. I have succesfully led two funding rounds to close, both in a challenging market environment.
